  • Preworkout or dessert: Superfood brownie bites (recipe back in feed)
  • Breakfast: Egg muffins
  • Todd’s lunches:  Lemon turmeric and oregano chicken salads (chicken recipe is back in feed)
  • My lunches/dinners: Chickpea curry, with brown rice, and sautéed super greens
  • Snack: Roasted Brussels and zucchini
  • Jalapeño feta turkey burgers
  • Snacks: @bulletproof collagen bars, @eatenlightened roasted broad beans
  • @gtskombucha heart beet and cayenneade

  • Breakfast: Greek yogurt with papaya and blueberries
  • Lunch: Purple yam, mixed veggies and air-fried chicken breast
  • Snack: Hardboiled egg

  • Breakfast: Kale/yellow squash/orange bell pepper/veggie sausage patty
  • Morning snack: Apple/raw almonds
  • Lunch: Thai basil turkey/wild rice/red bell pepper
  • Afternoon snack: Yellow bell pepper/mushrooms
  • Pre-workout snack: Hard-boiled eggs

Lunch: A/ B day – 2 meals
A: Quinoa and potato chili – came out more like a chowder- side of butternut squash
B: Red Thai chickpea curry with roasted peppers and brown rice

Dinner: A/B day – 2 meals
A: Whole wheat spaghetti 🍝 with homemade sauce: red/green peppers, mushrooms and TVP- side of butternut squash
B: Roasted cauliflower, broccoli, sweet potatoes, Brussels sprouts

Multi-grain brown rice, assorted veggies, and beef loin.
Used olive oil this time but will probably bake as I get better at meal prepping.

  • Ground turkey with quinoa and kale!
  • Costco has this awesome quinoa and kale mix. All I had to do was cook the ground turkey.
  • I cooked it with mesquite seasoning.
